There’s one thing to keep in mind about our skin, especially during summers – our skin is sensitive. Even if you don’t have a sensitive type of skin, it is sensitive to the sun and the heat, and may be harmed if being exposed unprotected to direct sunlight. Meaning, that if you’re spending time outdoors, whether working or hiking on a sunny Sunday, you ought to protect your skin.
